Job Summary
The Recruiting Sourcer at Masimo will be responsible for collaborating with the Technical, Corporate and Executive Recruiting team and hiring managers on the sourcing of candidates. This role will implement different tools, systems, and processes to locate candidates best fit for Masimo, and serve as an advocate for a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Source key hires in R&D Engineering, Corporate and Executive roles.
- Build the sourcing process and effectively collaborate with the Recruiting team to source candidates for our top-priority roles.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve recruiting process and efficiency.
- Support various hiring projects by sourcing the talent pipeline via LinkedIn, Indeed, and other creative sourcing techniques.
- Support other department projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 +years sourcing experience
- Strong hands-on knowledge of a variety of research and sourcing skills
- Excellent problem solving skills using innovative and creative sourcing techniques
- Strong collaboration skills partnering with Recruiters to understand the role and requirements
- Ability to continually identify and build talent pipelines with passive prospective candidates
- Ability to prioritize multiple functions and tasks with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Taleo or Oracle Recruiting Cloud
- Experience sourcing/recruiting in an OFCCP regulated environment
Education
Bachelor’s degree required.
Compensation: The anticipated salary range for this position is $70,000 -$75,000. Actual placement within the range is dependent on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and internal equity. This position also qualifies for up to 10% annual bonus based on Company, department, and individual performance.

Physical requirements/Work Environment
This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer and other computing and digital devices is required. May stand for extended periods when facilitating meetings or walking in the facilities. Some local travel is necessary, so the ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a valid Driver’s license is required.
