As a member of P&G’s North America Talent Acquisition team, you will play an important role in attracting, recruiting, and hiring exceptional talent for P&G. You will help advance our business by developing and delivering innovative recruiting strategies that connect the company with top talent.
We are seeking a Recruiting Manager to primarily support recruiting for P&G’s commercial business areas, with a focus on Design, Media, and Digital Commerce talent. In this role, you will provide high-quality, outcome-focused recruiting support and project coordination throughout the talent acquisition lifecycle. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to understand hiring needs, build targeted sourcing plans, strengthen job descriptions, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
As a Recruiting Manager, you will:
Own strategic sourcing and attraction planning for Design, Media, and Digital Commerce talent.
Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners to assess hiring needs, define selection criteria, co-create recruiting strategies, and lead full-cycle recruitment for entry-level and experienced professionals.
Develop a strong understanding of supported business areas to effectively source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates by networking through industry contacts, professional associations, social media, job boards, referrals, and talent platforms such as LinkedIn.
Provide consultative support to hiring managers on market-competitive job descriptions, strategic pre-screen questions, and competitive offer recommendations informed by market data and candidate expectations.
Stay informed on industry trends, the competitive employment landscape, market intelligence, digital media, and innovative recruiting techniques.
Job Qualifications
Demonstrated success managing high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to share and gather information clearly, concisely, and professionally across all levels of an organization.
Strong data and analytics skills, including the ability to use insights to influence stakeholders and guide recruiting decisions.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, recruiting platforms, and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Phenom/CRM, or similar systems.
Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation for candidates, roles, hiring manager interactions, and recruiting activities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, act with urgency, and execute with strong attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic, rapidly changing work environment.
A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on strengthening recruiting processes, productivity, and technical recruiting expertise.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with or direct experience recruiting Design, Media, and Digital Commerce professionals.
