Job Description

In the position of Recruiting Account Coordinator, you will manage existing and new internal and external client relationships and will be responsible for executing the end-to-end client recruiting process. You'll be part of a group that excels at discovering those rare unicorns across the globe and bringing them into our fold.

Your responsibilities include taking processes to new heights, forging close collaborations with Business Development and Delivery teams, and most thrillingly, partnering with our world's biggest clients (Fortune 500). Each day will be a rich tapestry of engaging experiences – working with recruiters globally, sharing insights, and unlocking a plethora of opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Represent and support the Miratech Recruiting team in the day-to-day hiring process, addressing issues and resolving blockers.
  • Collaborate with business groups to establish strong working relationships with strategic clients, deliver needed resources, and support the hiring process. 
  • Develop a thorough understanding of clients' market position, hiring needs, and strategies. 
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of Contact Center technologies, with a focus on Genesys, Avaya, and Cisco products. 
  • Conduct detailed market research in hiring locations about market prices, opportunities, and competitors. 
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and relationships related to hiring top-tier talents, ensuring detailed direction and timelines. 
  • Execute job kick-offs and advise on job description posting priorities. 
  • Direct sourcing priorities through consistent communication of job status. 
  • Assist recruiters in candidate review before client submittal, prepare candidate presentations, gather client feedback, schedule interviews, and perform post-interview follow-ups. 
  • Train and develop the recruiting team's ability to build relationships with clients, and communicate effectively. 
  • Proactively remain connected to clients and the ever-changing market to access new search opportunities. 
  • Perform regular reporting as reasonably established by the company. 
  • Carry out other duties as may be reasonably required by the job.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Recruiting Account Management experience in IT-related services. 
  • Strong understanding of the IT industry, including IT solutions, outsourcing, and professional services in a multinational global environment. 
  • In-depth knowledge of Genesys, Avaya, and Cisco technologies in the context of Contact Center implementations. 
  • Quick learner with excellent judgment, negotiation, and closing skills. 
  • Strong communication skills, capable of understanding, interpreting, and clarifying client requests. 
  • Strong understanding of the technical skills and competencies required for roles related to Contact Center solutions. 
  • Ability to interact effectively with engineering and management, from staff to the C-Suite. 
  • Proven ability to contribute positively in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment. 
  • Ability to work independently, prioritizing deliverables and deadlines. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving aptitude. 
  • Relentless in executing growth plans and achieving goals. 
  • Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in Contact Center technology. 
  • Proven ability to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and creative ways, exercising judgment within broadly defined practices and policies.
