The opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Recruiter who will join a high-performing global talent acquisition team who will have responsibility for hiring permanent and contingent worker positions across India, the Middle East, APAC and Europe. This is a highly visible role supporting all three market groups at HBP and enterprise functions partnering with teams across globe.
Position Responsibilities:
Manage full life cycle recruitment process for all permanent and contract positions in India, Middle East, and occasionally APAC and Europe.
Partner with global human resources and talent acquisition colleagues on talent acquisition strategy and compensation philosophy, ensuring consistent processes are followed.
Partner with hiring teams to understand position requirements and make recommendations on hiring strategy. Maintain diverse, high-quality candidate pipelines championing the candidate experience.
Proactively network with candidates interested in future opportunities at HBP.
Manage relationships with staffing vendors and contribute to projects focused on areas such as: process improvement, employer branding, candidate experience
Position Requirements:
Five plus years of global talent acquisition experience, ideally in a high-growth environment.
Proven ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal hiring teams, candidates, and staffing vendors.
Ability to learn new systems and processes. Prior experience with Workday is desired but not required.
