Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter – International Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple global markets including United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, United States, Canada, Singapore, and Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in international sourcing, screening, and closing roles across diverse geographies and time zones.
Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end recruitment for international roles across UAE, Saudi Arabia, USA, Canada, Singapore, and Taiwan
Understand country-specific hiring requirements, talent availability, and market trends
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, databases, and headhunting
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews
Coordinate and schedule interviews with international clients and hiring managers
Work on Permanent, Contract, C2C, and C2H hiring models (as applicable)
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for recurring and niche requirements
Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring metrics
Ensure adherence to basic compliance related to labor laws, visas, and hiring norms (market-specific)
Proven experience in international recruitment (mandatory)
Exposure to at least 2–3 international markets listed above
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing, Boolean search, and job portals
Ability to work with multiple time zones and international stakeholders
Experience in hiring for IT, Engineering, Healthcare, or Corporate roles
Strong candidate engagement, negotiation, and closure skills
Highly organized, target-driven, and self-motivated
Background in staffing or consulting firms
Understanding of visa types, work permits, and regional hiring practices
Experience with ATS and recruitment CRM tools
Prior hiring experience for North America and Middle East markets is a strong plus
