Job Summary

Gordon Marketing is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to help grow our nationwide network of insurance agents. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning insurance FMO with over 40 years of industry success as a three-generation family-run business headquartered in Noblesville, Indiana.
In this role, you will connect with insurance agents across the country, introduce them to the value of partnering with Gordon Marketing, and help expand our sales distribution network for Medicare, Life, and Annuity products. Job Description

RecruiterGordon Marketing | Noblesville, IN | Full-Time | In-OfficeWhat You’ll Do
  • Make outbound calls to insurance agents to introduce Gordon Marketing and generate interest in partnering with our organization

  • Share the value and advantages of working with our FMO

  • Build relationships with prospective agents across the country

  • Connect interested agents with internal Marketer for ongoing support

  • Utilize phone-based outreach tools and systems to track activity

  • Participate in company training and development programs

  • Meet or exceed monthly outreach and activity goals

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong phone presence with excellent communication skills

  • Professional phone etiquette and relationship-building ability

  • Ability to learn new products, services, and systems quickly

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team

  • Strong time management and organizational skills

  • Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook

Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Previous experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or call-based roles is helpful but not required

Schedule & Benefits
  • Full-Time | 40 hours per week

  • Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

  • No weekends

  • Base hourly pay up to $21 (based on experience), plus activity-based incentive bonuses.
