What You’ll Do
- Own candidate sourcing for our SDR team in Pakistan - especially reps with experience selling to U.S.-based customers.

- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling to keep the process smooth and fast-moving.
- Help build and refine scalable recruiting processes in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of recruiting experience, preferably with a focus on hiring outbound sales talent.
- Proven ability to source candidates who have sold into U.S. markets.
- Strong sourcing skills across platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Teamable, and others.
- Experience using ATS tools like Lever is a plus.
- Clear communicator, process-driven, and highly organized.
