You will play a key role in identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
• Source candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
• Represent the company at job fairs and networking events
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tool
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English
• Familiarity with Workday is advantageous, though not mandatory
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.
