We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying top talent, building strong candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements
- Source candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal stakeholders
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
- Represent the company at job fairs and networking events
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tool
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English
- Familiarity with Workday is advantageous, though not mandatory
- Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus.

- Employment Type : Contract
- Contract Duration : 6 months
