Requires extensive construction experience, preferably in the GCC region, and an engineering degree.

Designs and delivers electrical engineering solutions for onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities. Responsibilities include MV/LV switchgear, power management systems, MV VFDs, distribution systems, electrical studies using ETAP, FEED and detailed design, specifications, single-line diagrams, technical bid evaluations, vendor document reviews, and compliance assessments. ADNOC and PMC project experience and exposure to Chlor-Alkali, PVC, EDC-VCM plants are advantageous. Bachelor's degree in Engineering is mandatory.

Leads multidisciplinary engineering and design teams for Saudi Aramco GES+ projects. Oversees FEED verification, detailed design, IFC deliverables, schedules, budgets, resources, technical interfaces, design reviews, HAZOPs, technical queries, design changes, engineering risks, and support for procurement, construction, and commissioning while ensuring compliance with Aramco standards and quality requirements.
