Responsibilities
- Source potential candidates through any job channels.
- Screen and shortlist candidates according to the requirements.
- Conduct initial interviews.
- Submit potential candidates along with basic screening notes.
- Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or freelance).
- Ability to source proactively using any recruitment platforms or databases.
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices such as sourcing, screening,
interviewing and assessing candidates. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Able to work remotely.
