The Talent Acquisition Analyst partners with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to advance agreed-upon talent acquisition goals through collaborative stewardship of end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions. The analyst also serves as an HR and Air Liquide ambassador, fostering an environment where all candidates have a lasting and favorable impression of the company.Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and select qualified candidates to fill vacancies within Air Liquide.
  • Market Analysis: Research and analyze labor market trends and data to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Interviewing: Conduct candidate interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Strategic Partnership: Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand the company’s talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Pipeline Management: Guide the candidate journey from initial screening to hiring/onboarding, fostering a positive candidate experience.
  • Special Projects: Contribute to projects such as trainee programs, internships, and diversity initiatives.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics tools to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize talent acquisition processes.
  • Employer Branding: Collaborate on the development and implementation of strategies to promote the Air Liquide employer brand and attract excellent talent.
  • Networking: Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment events, and other networking activities to attract qualified candidates.
