Design process systems for industrial and specialty gas/chemical installations from concept through execution. Prepare design basis, perform equipment and piping sizing, create data sheets and P&IDs, support procurement and commissioning, ensure compliance with codes and RAGAGEP, lead design reviews, manage design changes, and provide technical support to operations and projects.

Provide respiratory assessments, oxygen therapy, ventilatory support and home equipment setup. Collaborate with physicians and care teams, obtain consent, perform follow-up and home safety checks, document care, promote products/services, and adhere to infection control and funding processes.

Ensure products meet internal and external regulatory standards by maintaining and improving the quality management system, executing monitoring plans, conducting industrial audits, tracking customer derogation requests, and coordinating supplier equipment collection and PVRI documentation.

Manage territory-based customer relationships for VitalAire, drive product adoption and ROI, prospect and upsell, provide training to clinical staff, monitor customer performance, resolve complaints, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure service delivery and profitability.

Identify and win new B2B opportunities in the assigned area: analyze market and competitors, develop and execute growth plans, build customer and government relationships, prepare technical-commercial proposals, lead negotiations, support project execution, and manage key accounts to sustain partnerships and resolve disputes.

Support finance team in supplier registration, access management, process safety improvements, audit control tracking, and KPI development in Power BI. Participate in LATAM meetings and assist transitional tasks and internal process prevention activities.
