About the Role:
As a Recruiter, you'll partner closely with senior recruiters to keep the hiring engine running smoothly. From sourcing top candidates to scheduling interviews and conducting initial screens, you'll play a key role in delivering a great candidate experience and helping the team hit its hiring goals.
What You'll Be Doing:
• Source qualified candidates for open roles using LinkedIn, job boards, and other creative sourcing channels.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Conduct initial candidate screens via Zoom once calibrated with the hiring team.
• Support senior recruiters with day-to-day recruiting tasks and administrative workflows.
• Keep candidate records accurate and up to date in the ATS throughout the hiring process.
• Communicate professionally with candidates to ensure a positive experience at every touchpoint.
What We're Looking For:
• 3+ years of experience in recruiting (in-house, agency, or RPO).
• Proven sourcing skills across various platforms and channels.
• Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable running candidate screens via Zoom or other video conferencing tools.
• Strong organizational skills — you can juggle multiple open roles without dropping the ball.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Self-starter who can work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team.
Nice to Have:
• Experience supporting a TA team in a contract or RPO capacity.
• Familiarity with modern ATS platforms.
• Background in recruiting for tech-enabled or legal/professional services companies.
