Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience. Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-caliber candidates.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance. Foster positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive impression of the organization and a smooth recruitment experience.
  • Conduct thorough candidate evaluations, including interviews, assessments, and reference checks, to ensure a high level of quality in hiring decisions. Evaluate candidates not only for technical skills but also for cultural fit and long-term potential within the organization.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent market conditions to provide insights for informed decision-making. Utilize data-driven approaches to continuously improve recruitment strategies and outcomes.
  • Leverage recruitment technology and tools to enhance efficiency and ensure a streamlined recruitment process. Utilize data analytics to monitor and improve key performance indicators related to speed, quality, and satisfaction.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and compliance standards throughout the recruitment process. Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in English
  • Minimum 3 years of experience (preferably with operations in LATAM)
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting, demonstrating the ability to manage high-volume recruitment cycles.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build effective relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in utilizing recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools to enhance efficiency.
  • A track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets, with a focus on delivering results without compromising quality.
  • University Degree
  • Oil & Gas industry Knowledge is a plus
