What You'll DoOptimize ad spend and sponsored ads to make sure that we are getting the best applicants available.
Source prospective candidates who may be a good fit for any of our job posts and get them excited about the idea of working for Steadily. These may include insurance sales, service, underwriting/product, and tech roles.
Review all applicant resumes and conduct screen interviews before passing them along to the hiring manager.
Experienced: You have exceptional communication skills and experience with business development, lead generation, partnerships or client management. You can generate a relationship and drive a great candidate experience. No prior recruiting experience necessary.
Detail Oriented: You have exceptional attention to detail both in written communication and admin tasks.
Digital: You are tech savvy and know how to leverage data and technology to your advantage.
Driven: You can handle important confidential responsibilities and assignments with limited oversight. You want to make the leap into an early-stage tech startup to make a huge impact.
