About the Role:

In this versatile role you will be responsible for the recruitment for our service-oriented departments (Pharma, Operations and Quality) and you make a significant contribution to ensuring that we attract the right talent for Redcare Pharmacy. You ensure that we are perceived as an attractive employer for highly qualified professionals and that the application process is carried out professionally, transparently and with a service oriented approach. Because candidates for these departments are in a niche market, a different approach is needed, one that makes extensive use of social media. We are therefore looking for a colleague who is very active and familiar with social media tools.

About Your Tasks:

  • You are responsible for end-to-end recruitment and guide candidates throughout the selection process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • You actively contribute to sourcing as well as to recruiting and initiate employer branding activities in strong alignment with the employer branding team, effectively targeting the right audiences.
  • In collaboration with the employer branding team you will implement, monitor and analyze social media campaigns.

  • You search and select suitable channels to reach our target group.

  • You contribute to content creation and publication of target group–specific posts, stories and reels videos in alignment with the pharma recruiting team and employer branding team.  (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).

Qualifications

About You:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field.
  • You bring 1–3 years of professional experience in recruiting and you have strong knowledge of social media tools.
  • You are confident in approaching candidates, familiar with modern recruiting tools, and skilled at identifying and engaging talent.
  • You enjoy working with data and use recruiting analytics to support decision-making and improve processes.
  • You communicate fluently and confidently, both in writing and verbally in English and German. Preferably, you also speak Dutch.
