Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Records Manager to join our Records and Information Management team.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to guide and mature a key customer’s overall information management capabilities across multiple locations. You will serve as the subject matter expert, developing compliant policies and partnering directly with business units and IT to integrate records lifecycle management into core system designs.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Oversee RIM Program Operations: Develop, implement, and maintain records management policies and procedures
Lead System Lifecycle Integration: Collaborate closely with IT teams to incorporate comprehensive records lifecycle requirements into new and existing system architecture.
Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Maintain service-level agreements, deliver training programs, and proactively communicate with business units to drive program maturity.
Drive Project Execution: Provide in-depth records analysis, complete clear project outlines, and deliver ongoing project management support.
What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of relevant records management experience, or professional certification (CRM, CRA, CIP, or IGP).
Strong knowledge of full records management lifecycles and regulatory compliance standards.
Proven leadership and strategic capabilities with expertise managing multi-site projects.
Bachelor’s degree required; prior experience within pharmaceutical lab environments is highly preferred.

$100,000 annual salary
6-month contract assignment (with possibility of extension)
