NorthStar Memorial Group is seeking a Receptionist at Mountain View Funeral Home in Lakewood, WA. Our administrative teams assume the crucial role of ensuring seamless operations throughout every stage of the delicate client family life cycle, from the initial meeting with families, until final arrangements are made. We serve as the cornerstone of our client family support structure, acting as the glue that holds everything together. We are problem solvers and peace-of-mind-providers - we uphold our commitment to care in every interaction.
Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person
- Assist in answering customer questions and resolving any issues
- Collect, sort, distribute, and prepare mail and schedule courier deliveries
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate location
- Provide information about location such as departments, offices, employees, and services offered
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent education
- 6+ months of customer service or receptionist experience
- Basic computer skills, MS Word and Outlook
- Professional communication skills
Compensation
- $17.15/hr.
