Position: Receptionist

Location: Wenatchee, WA
Schedule: Monday through Friday - 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Work Arrangement: Full time - In Office

Pay Rate: $21.00 - 23.00 per hour (DOE)

We are seeking a full-time Receptionist to join our team in the Wenatchee, Washington office.

We are seeking a professional, organized, and client-focused Receptionist to join our Wenatchee office. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this role plays a vital part in delivering an exceptional client experience while supporting the daily operations of the Firm.

What You’ll Do

Create an Exceptional First Impression

  • Greet clients and visitors in a warm, professional manner

  • Answer and route calls efficiently using a multi-line phone system

  • Receive and relay messages promptly and accurately

Support Daily Office Operations

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including certified and expedited mail

  • Route faxes and maintain organized document flow

  • Update client and document retention systems (Practice Engine and iChannel)

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception and lobby area

Provide Administrative Support

  • Perform clerical and administrative tasks that support firm operations

  • Update administrative manuals as processes evolve

  • Assist team members with additional duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Typing speed of at least 45 wpm with strong spelling and grammar skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Comfort operating standard office equipment and multi-line phone systems

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality

  • Clear verbal and written communication skills

Work Environment

This role involves a combination of sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day, light lifting (up to 15 pounds), and frequent use of office equipment, including keyboarding and telephone systems.
