Our team of experts is looking for a highly organised Receptionist to join the Absolute Pets Support Office Team at our offices in Marconi Beam.
Overview
This will be a full-time, in office position from Monday-Friday with working hours being 08:00-17:00.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the switchboard in an efficient, effective, courteous and prompt manner.
- Ensure visitors are attended to in a pleasant, professional and friendly manner.
- Capturing loyalty card information daily.
- Distribute messages promptly to staff.
- Assist with data capturing for various departments
- Provide general administration support to other departments.
- Arrange meetings, flight and accommodation travel for office personnel that travel.
