WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are searching for responsible Part-time Receptionist, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently, interested in long-term cooperation.


SOME OF THE INTERESTING CHALLENGES AHEAD OF YOU

  • Welcoming visitors and visitor service
  • Ensuring communication with external and internal clients and suppliers
  • Administrative support (printing, scanning, post, messenger, currier, notary ...)
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the meeting rooms, Outlook bookings for meeting purposes
  • Morning preparation of refreshments for internal team members
  • Preparation of refreshment during meetings
  • Ad-hoc tasks in accordance with the team’s and corporate requirements
  • Ordering office equipment, flight tickets, hotel accomodation
  • Taking care of internal and external correspondence
  • Assistance in marketing/events


WHAT YOU NEED TO SHINE IN THIS ROLE

  • Experience with reception/office management would be advantage
  • Availibility for a part-time, University students are welcome
  • Friendly, warm, communicative, positive, and supportive personality
  • Proactive, can-do attitude, organized, reliable, and flexible approach
  • Ability to prioritize, pay attention to detail, handle multiple simultaneous requests
  • Common user of MS Office e.g. PowerPoint, Excel
  • Slovak (native or bilingual) + English (professional working level)
