Create marketing collateral, manage campaigns, coordinate with leasing/asset teams, track KPIs and leads, support PR and stakeholder communications, run digital/content initiatives, and organize industry events to drive occupancy and customer acquisition.

Provide legal support across real estate leasing, development, transactions, corporate matters, disputes and compliance. Draft and negotiate contracts, manage external counsel, lead due diligence, advise stakeholders, and build the Dutch legal function aligned with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements.
