Supports the Property Accounting team with invoice processing, OCR management, approval workflows, bank transaction booking, purchase order tracking, vendor master data maintenance, accounting mailbox monitoring, and document organization. Communicates with vendors, property managers, service providers, and internal stakeholders to resolve accounting issues. Assists with recurring finance administration, peak workload activities, and ad hoc tasks while maintaining accurate and timely processes.

Prepare and analyze consolidated IFRS financial statements, including segment results, consolidation adjustments, notes, and supporting schedules. Lead auditor communications and provide reporting guidance to finance teams across 11 European countries. Improve and automate reporting processes, implement controls, use BI tools, and support reporting for acquisitions, disposals, tax, and refinancing activities.

Lead development and execution of compensation, benefits and HRIS across 11 European markets. Manage benchmarking, pay structures, STI/LTIP and executive remuneration. Design competitive benefits, run vendor tenders, and administer HR systems. Drive HRIS configuration, integrations, automation, reporting and support HR partners to ensure compliant, efficient reward and HR operations.

Lead and coordinate end-to-end disposal transactions across multiple European jurisdictions: strategy, financial modelling, marketing, negotiations (SPA), due diligence, stakeholder management, advisors, and Investment Committee approvals to maximize portfolio value.

Lead Czech controlling function: own monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, ensure Czech GAAP and IFRS compliance, deliver financial analysis and forecasts, manage a 3-person controlling team and outsourced accounting, and drive process improvement and finance system implementations.

The Junior Accountant will manage accounting documentation, track payments, maintain accounts payables, and support external accountants with bookkeeping tasks.

Perform monthly closings, bookkeeping, reconciliations, accruals and provisions, tax return preparation per local GAAP. Manage invoice processing, payments and cash transfers, coordinate accounting team tasks, support cross-departmental financial queries, assist Corporate Finance, and participate in process and system improvement projects.

Provide legal support across real estate leasing, development, transactions, corporate matters, disputes and compliance. Draft and negotiate contracts, manage external counsel, lead due diligence, advise stakeholders, and build the Dutch legal function aligned with corporate strategy and regulatory requirements.

Lead P3's business application portfolio and automation agenda: own ERP/CRM/HR/finance/ESG systems lifecycle, deliver new implementations, drive process optimization, low-code/RPA and AI adoption, partner with business units, and build a high-performing applications team to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

The Investment Analyst will support sourcing and analyzing logistics real estate opportunities, managing relationships, participating in negotiations, and assisting with due diligence and transaction processes in Italy.
