Job Summary
We are seeking a professional and service-oriented Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact at our Davie location. This role is critical in creating a welcoming, organized, and efficient front office environment while supporting daily administrative operations.
You will act as the “face” of the company—ensuring a seamless experience for visitors, employees, and partners.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Visitor Experience- Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and vendors
- Direct guests to appropriate departments or personnel
- Maintain a professional and friendly reception environment
- Offer beverages and ensure a positive first impression
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls
- Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information
- Manage incoming emails or messages when needed
- Provide day-to-day clerical and administrative support
- Assist leadership team with ad hoc requests
- Support scheduling and coordination tasks
- Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries
- Coordinate courier services when needed
- Maintain organization of front office documentation
- Keep reception area and meeting rooms clean and presentable
- Monitor and order front office supplies
- Ensure meeting spaces are ready for use
- Maintain visitor logs and issue badges
- Follow company security and access protocols
- 1-2+ years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Professional demeanor and customer-service mindset
- Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or regulated environments
- Experience supporting leadership teams
- Familiarity with office management tools or scheduling systems
- Monday – Friday
- 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM or 9:30 – 6 PM
- Fully onsite in Davie, FL
- Reports to: Executive Assistant
