Lead the Bond OS product roadmap across patient, provider, admin, orders, prescriptions, APIs, analytics, and applied AI/ML. Partner with clients, engineering, and design to define platform primitives, write executable specs and PRDs, set release gates for high-consequence workflows, and drive measurable product outcomes. Own discovery, sequencing, and execution to make the platform more unified, safe, and operationally powerful.

Lead and build a pharmaceutical quality and compliance organization, ensuring regulatory adherence (USP, FDA, DEA, NABP), inspection readiness, QA/QC laboratory operations, quality systems (CAPA, change control, audits), supplier qualification, training, and continuous improvement across compounding and fulfillment operations.

Responsible for full-cycle HR including recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, employee relations, compliance with employment and pharmacy regulations (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, HIPAA, DEA), training coordination, HRIS administration, and HR reporting. Partners with operations in a fast-paced, on-site pharmacy fulfillment environment; bilingual English/Spanish required.
