Owns full-cycle accounts payable, purchase orders, vendor reconciliations, payment processing, and AP accruals. The role requires two or more years of IT support experience, basic networking knowledge, strong communication skills, equipment-handling ability, and travel between locations as needed.

Lead accounting operations and financial reporting, own monthly and annual close under US GAAP, drive ERP selection/implementation, rebuild AP/AR and inventory controls, manage a small finance team, liaise with auditors, and partner with operations to improve inventory accuracy and operational processes.

Own and build an end-to-end ERP for finance, inventory, procurement, and fulfillment. Define order-to-cash and procure-to-pay workflows, ensure real-time inventory accuracy, set KPIs and reporting, and embed financial controls and HIPAA-level compliance. Drive roadmap, architecture, integrations, and cross-functional adoption with engineering and operations.
