The Hilb Group is currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Receptionist to join our team. This position will report to our agency located in Belville, TX. The ideal candidate will be motivated to succeed, is well organized, able to prioritize, and able to work well with a team. This is an in-office position.
Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and clients as they arrive, providing a positive first impression of the organization.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls, taking messages when necessary.
Perform various clerical tasks, including making copies, and maintaining office supplies.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary materials for visitors.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring important documents reach the appropriate personnel.
Serve as a resource for clients and visitors, answering questions and providing information about the company’s services and policies.
Perform general office duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or the equivalent
Two years’ experience working in a business office is preferred but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Professional attitude and appearance.
Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
