The Role

Thomas Feeney Manor, a Cassia community, is hiring a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team!   This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a welcoming, resident-centered environment where you can make a meaningful impact every day by being the first friendly face our visitors and families see.
As a Receptionist at Thomas Feeney Manor, you will warmly greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls, and support the office with light administrative tasks. The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, dependable, and enjoys working with older adults while providing outstanding customer service. Position Type: Part-Time, 56 hours per pay period
Wage Range: $16 - $18 /hour depending on experience

Location: 901 N 4th Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55405

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a positive and helpful attitude.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.
  • Maintain records and reservation requests.
  • Answer incoming calls, transfer calls, and take messages.
  • Answer guest questions, and direct visitors throughout the facility.
  • Provide basic word-processing and data support as needed.
  • Help answer basic technology/ computer questions.
  • Sort mail and complete other administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Complete additional tasks as needed.
Receptionist Qualifications:
  • Must be able to use a multi-line phone system. 
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting a plus.
  • Able to demonstrate and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Familiarity with MS Word and basic computer knowledge.
  • Self starter with a desire to be part of a team.
