Job Description
Our client is one of the biggest production companies based in Wodonga, VIC. We are seeking a Receptionist to join Sodexo's corporate team.
This is an interactive role where you will be the first point of contact for Clients and the internal team. Your duties will include managing visitor records and meeting room bookings, AV support, placing catering orders, meeting room setups and clean-ups, controlling inventory ordering, coordinating visitors passes and arranging passes for new employees. Additionally, we seek someone with a flexible attitude to work in postal services in a relief capacity; such duties covering freight administration, ordering and dispatch of deliveries on site.
Who we are looking for :
- High-end customer service skills with a confident and bubbly personality
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- Solid administration skills
- Extensive computer skills across all basic programs and confidence with technology
- Professionally presented
- Experience in similar reception works roles.
- Australian Residency for tax purposes
- 2-3 Years experience in this type of position
- Must have extraordinary time-management and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work unsupervised at times and can confidently make decisions in a busy workplace
