ResponsibilitiesWhat will your responsibilities include?
- Welcoming and assisting guests to the highest standard — you’ll be their first and last point of contact with the hotel
- Ensuring smooth and efficient check-in and check-out
- Handling day-to-day requests and answering guests’ questions with a smile
- Taking and managing reservations
- Actively promoting the Hilton Honors loyalty programme — because every loyal guest is a success for us
- Working closely with other hotel departments to create a well-coordinated and effective team
What are we looking for?
- Advanced proficiency in Polish and a very good command of English
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- A people-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills
- Flexibility, availability and a positive attitude
- Previous experience is welcome, but if you don’t have any — don’t worry! We’ll teach you everything you need to know.
