Receptionist
Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
Pay: Starting around $22.32/hour+ DOE
Location: Keizer Nursing & Rehabilitation Center – Keizer, OR

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer multi-line phone system and direct calls appropriately.
- Provide a warm and welcoming greeting to visitors and guests.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and maintaining personnel files.
- Support payroll and accounts payable processes.
- Handle the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail.
- Help with scheduling appointments and transportation for residents.
- Participate in training, orientation, and educational activities as required.
- Contribute to Quality Improvement initiatives and team meetings.
- Perform additional clerical duties as needed to support the team.
What You Bring:
- Strong verbal communication skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
- Ability to build rapport and work cooperatively with residents, families, and coworkers.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions in English.
- Basic computer skills, with an eagerness to learn company-specific software.
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a drug screening, criminal background check, and reference verification.
