Trainees must be 18+, pass a background check, read/speak English, and be eligible to work in the U.S.; required to work 6–12 months if accepted. Employer reimburses state exam and fingerprinting fees after hire.

Serve as a market-facing leader to grow census and referral relationships for Louisiana skilled nursing facilities. Coordinate community outreach, analyze market data, support marketing materials and customer experience, ensure regulatory/HIPAA compliance, and coach admissions staff.
