Lead end-to-end payroll operations for multiple senior living communities, including weekly processing, tax compliance, audits, system administration, reporting, controls, and process improvement. Manage payroll staff, employee setup, special payments, W-2 processing, payroll metrics, and cross-functional support with HR, Benefits, and Accounting. Ensure accuracy, compliance, timely processing, and continuous improvement across the payroll function.

Supports broad HR operations including employee engagement, benefits administration, payroll, recruitment, compliance, policy development, open enrollment, and employee relations. Partners with HR leadership and organizational leaders, maintains confidential employee records, reviews employment regulations, updates HR policies, and provides guidance to employees and managers. The role requires strong HR administrative, communication, organizational, and technology skills, including HRIS and payroll system proficiency.
