Leads daily operations for physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. Oversees staffing, clinical services, regulatory compliance, and patient-care goals while providing hands-on therapy as needed within the director’s licensed discipline. Mentors clinicians, collaborates with patients, families, staff, and regulators, and drives positive patient outcomes.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, basic computer and documentation abilities, and compliance with applicable state and federal requirements.

Leads clinical services across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities in Northern Oregon. Provides nursing oversight, guides resident assessment and care planning, supervises staff development, ensures infection control and regulatory compliance, supports surveys, coordinates pharmacy and laboratory services, advocates for resident rights, and drives quality improvement and person-centered care.

The role requires collaboration with facility staff, residents, families, and referral sources, along with familiarity with the RAI process and case management.
