As the Receptionist (internally known as a building services officer), you’ll be the first point of contact, managing the front desk, answering calls, greeting visitors, and staying on top of our busy national phone line and shared inbox.

This is a great opportunity for someone with outstanding communication skills to get experience in a corporate environment.

This will be a permanent, part time (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday) position based in the Adelaide office (please note due to the nature of this role, you are required to be on site 4 days per week)
 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients and employees, providing a welcoming and professional front-of-house experience.

  • Answer and direct calls through the national phone line, ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently.

  • Monitor and respond to general enquiries received through the national shared inbox.

  • Support the day-to-day operation of reception and front-of-house services, including meeting rooms, visitors and general office enquiries.

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the wider Building Services team as required.

ABOUT YOU

  • 3+ years demonstrated experience in a reception, administration or call centre environment.

  • Full Australian working rights without restriction.

  • Excellent phone manner & attention to detail.

  • The ability to take initiative, be innovative, and solve problems, with attention for accuracy, spelling and grammar and an excellent eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint.

Skills Required

  • At least 3 years of experience in reception, administration, or a call center environment
  • Full Australian working rights without restriction
