The Role:
We’re seeking a professional, dependable, and customer-focused Receptionist who brings energy, organization, and a strong attention to detail to our team. In this role, you’ll serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers while providing essential administrative support to keep daily operations running smoothly. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet, welcome, and sign in visitors, contractors, candidates, and other guests while providing a professional first point of contact.
- Operate a multiline telephone system, answer incoming calls, and direct callers to the appropriate department or individual.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and ATPs accurately and in a timely manner.
- Perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative tasks to support daily site operations.
- Collect, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and other correspondence.
- Assist in set up for induction sessions.
- Assist in check runs.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming reception area.
- Provide general administrative support to site leadership and other departments as needed.
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of related administrative or office support experience.
- Proficiency with computers and common office software.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize competing demands, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional, courteous, and dependable approach when interacting with employees, visitors, and external partners.

- This is an in-person role located at our East Syracuse, NY office—ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.
What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:
Wage - $21.77 - $23.00 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
