As the first point of contact, the team helps set the tone for each visit—ensuring guests feel supported from arrival through departure through exceptional service, thoughtful coordination, and strong attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities
- Welcome, register, check in, and assist clients and visitors arriving for meetings and events within JPMorganChase office space.
- Support employees as needed, including providing temporary access and/or badges, answering questions, and sharing building information.
- Follow all building and security procedures to help maintain a safe, secure, and professional environment; proactively escalate concerns to appropriate teams.
- Consistently meet Lobby Reception service standards by delivering a high-touch, first-class experience.
- Maintain awareness of daily meetings, events, and VIP visits using event and visitor management systems.
- Partner with teams including Global Security, Real Estate, and Technology to ensure a seamless in-office experience.
- Support additional tasks and projects aimed at improving service quality and team standards.
Required Qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-end reception, concierge, or hospitality environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with clear verbal, phone, and email communication.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, resolve issues quickly, and remain professional when interacting with challenging situations or personalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods (1+ hour).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts (start and end times may differ day to day).
- Willingness to work across different offices throughout the campus (NYC positions only).
Preferred Qualifications, skills, and capabilities
- Experience with event, room, or visitor management systems.
- Bilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred).
Note: This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) and will not support Hybrid options.
