USESI is seeking a motivated and experienced Receiving Supervisor to join our team at our Cranbury, NJ location.
Job Type: Full-Time, 1st shift
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily receiving operations to ensure accurate and timely processing of inbound shipments
- Oversee unloading, checking, and system receipt of incoming materials
- Verify product quantities and inspect shipments for damage or discrepancies
- Ensure all received goods are properly labeled, stored, and entered into inventory systems
- Lead, train, and develop receiving team members to meet productivity and accuracy goals
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and transportation teams to resolve discrepancies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company standards
- Monitor workflow and staffing to meet operational demands
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or distribution operations required
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse processes
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and be active throughout the shift

Pay Range$70,000 - $80,000 annually USD
