As a Deals - Diligence Analytics Director, you will engage with top private equity and corporate clients across various sectors, guiding them through complex, multi-billion dollar decisions. Within our Deals practice, you will leverage your skills to translate data into actionable insights, supporting clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from diligence to post-deal performance improvement and exit preparation.
As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions while overseeing multiple projects. You will cultivate executive-level client relationships, translating vision into reality and inspiring others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring future leaders. You are expected to uphold our reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, fostering an environment where people and technology thrive together.
In this role, you will create value propositions by identifying market gaps and opportunities, scaling efficiencies across projects, and promoting a collaborative environment. You will drive the development of long-term relationships that add value to the firm, all while upholding our code of ethics and business conduct.
Responsibilities
- Leading the Deal Analytics practice to deliver data-driven insights for private equity and corporate clients across all deal phases
- Translating complex data into actionable insights to support multi-billion dollar decisions
- Overseeing the integration of third-party and alternative data to enhance commercial insights
- Managing multiple projects and environments to scale efficiencies and improve performance post-deal
- Sponsoring assignments and experiences to help team members realize their potential and support their long-term aspirations
- Identifying market gaps and spotting opportunities to create value propositions for clients
- Promoting a collaborative environment where people and technology thrive together
- Driving the development of connections that deliver optimal outcomes for stakeholders
- Upholding the firm's code of ethics and business conduct while fostering inclusion and diversity within teams
- Utilizing tools like Alteryx, Power BI, and Tableau to enhance data visualization and analytics solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 8 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Engineering, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Computer and Information Science, Economics, Finance
- At least one of the following: a Certification in databases (Databricks, MS SQL), visualization tools (Power BI), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), or predictive modeling/ML (Python, SAS)
- Demonstrating proficiency in complex data analysis and data-driven insights
- Utilizing advanced skills in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Excelling in strategic questioning and systemic thinking for business growth
- Leading initiatives in data integration and data quality improvement plans
- Cultivating long-term relationships that add value to the firm and stakeholders
The salary range for this position is: $155,000 - $410,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
