As Receivables & Revenue Management Senior Analyst within our Order to Cash team, you will influence the future digitalization of end-to-end Customer Invoicing to Cash processes (Ci2C), leaving you to be the expert in your field. Reporting to Receivables & Revenue Management Lead, you will work closely with Customer Service, Finance, Treasury, Account to Report, Trade and the CI2C team.

Main responsibilities

• Invoice & Revenue Management – Secure invoice booking and execute revenue recognition/derecognition processes
• Reporting & Analysis – Prepare month-end and ad-hoc reports for revenue and accounts receivable (AR) analysis
• Reconciliations & Validation – Perform account reconciliations and validate entries from neighboring functions
• Audit & Compliance – Handle internal/external audit requests and ensure adherence to global Core Model, Sanofi policies, and KPIs
• Operational Issue Resolution – Address and resolve operational issues efficiently
• Process Improvement & Automation – Identify and drive process improvements, participate in automation initiatives, and ensure smooth transitions
• Collaboration & Support – Support junior team members, contribute to business reviews, and engage in cross-functional projects
• Accruals & Continuous Development – Follow up on booked accruals and develop expert-level knowledge of processes and stakeholders 

About you

Experience

• Graduate degree in accounting or finance (accounting certification is an advantage)
• Experience in running services within a Business Services organization

Soft and technical skills

• Broad understanding of Account Receivables accounting, monthly closure and reporting activities
• Knowledge and experience of SAP (Shift advantage)
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluency in English
• French is advantage
• Demonstrated ethical behavior in challenging situations and strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail and strategic thinking
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience working across multiple internal stakeholders

Languages

• Fluent in English
