Rebate Specialist is responsible for coordinating Group Suppliers’ Bonuses process by using Rebate Management System (in-house developed tool), including accrual calculations, invoicing process, and Group Rebate's Bonsuse reconciliation with the respective Lyreco countries. Rebate Specialis collaborates strongly with Group Merchandising and Group & Local Finance teams in a fast-moving international environment.
Main Responsibilities:Maintain RMS database to calculate rebate incomes
Provide RMS bridge to Lyreco countries with an overview of accrual & invoice details
Liaise with Merchandising on invoice discrepancies
Prepare bonuses calculation for timely invoicing
Monitor rebate invoicing and collection process
Liaise with local finance teams on invoicing and matching of unallocated credit notes
Provide analyses in support to the monthly business reviews and quarterly balance sheet reviews
Prepare and maintain documentation, guidlines and instructions
Liaise with Merchandising and Finance, IT teams on RMS functionalities and potential improvements
Cooperate with internal auditors on verifying reported bonuses from previous periods
Professional qualification:
Strong education background in Finance or Accounting filed
Proven experience of working in Finance Team in an international environment
