We are now looking for a Rebate Management Specialist to join our team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

What you will do
- Take full responsibility of the rebate process across assigned markets and customer portfolios
- Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient rebate setup
- Work closely with the sales organization, providing expert support on all rebate-related matters
- Prepare and deliver periodic reports for customers and internal sales teams
- Monitor and review customer account information to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Generate billing documents in compliance with applicable tax and legal requirements
- Drive and implement continuous process improvement initiatives
Who you are
- Hold a relevant university degree
- Possess strong English skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate the ability to clearly justify and communicate professional decisions
- Show enthusiasm for problem-solving, experimentation, and continuous learning
- Thrive in a complex, multitasking environment with strict deadlines
- Take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and maintain a hands-on approach
