We are now looking for a Rebate Management Specialist to join our team in UPM Business HUB Wrocław, Poland.

You will play a crucial part in showing UPM advantage to the customers. What you will do 

  • Take full responsibility of the rebate process across assigned markets and customer portfolios
  • Proactively collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient rebate setup
  • Work closely with the sales organization, providing expert support on all rebate-related matters
  • Prepare and deliver periodic reports for customers and internal sales teams
  • Monitor and review customer account information to ensure data accuracy and consistency
  • Generate billing documents in compliance with applicable tax and legal requirements
  • Drive and implement continuous process improvement initiatives

Who you are 

  • Hold a relevant university degree
  • Possess strong English skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrate the ability to clearly justify and communicate professional decisions
  • Show enthusiasm for problem-solving, experimentation, and continuous learning
  • Thrive in a complex, multitasking environment with strict deadlines
  • Take initiative, demonstrate accountability, and maintain a hands-on approach
  • Exhibit strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support and collaborate with others
