The Role
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join a high-performing delivery team supporting the enhancement and expansion of a leading banking client’s trading application platform. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and integrations that support critical trading functionality and business operations.
This role is ideal for someone with strong backend engineering expertise, solid database development experience, and a collaborative mindset who enjoys working in fast-paced Agile delivery environments.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Framework technologies
- Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, business analysts, and frontend developers to deliver new trading platform features
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and release activities to ensure high-quality software delivery
- Troubleshoot production issues, identify performance improvements, and support ongoing platform stability
What We’re Looking For
- 6+ years of backend development experience within enterprise or financial services environments
- Strong hands-on experience with .NET Framework and C# application development
- Solid expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development and database optimization
- Experience working with REST APIs, integrations, and distributed application architectures
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills within Agile teams
Bonus Points For
- Experience working on trading platforms, banking systems, or capital markets applications
- Familiarity with performance tuning and query optimization in Oracle databases
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, source control tools, and automated deployment processes
- Understanding of secure coding standards and enterprise application best practices
