About this opportunity:
At Ericsson,The new hire will join the Real Estate Project Planning & Management MOAI( Market Area Ocenia & India) team. The objective is to support Real Estate build projects around the MOAI region. This is an experienced team of leaders, and the ideal candidate must have leadership experience. This role will require constant stakeholder communication to ensure success in projects. In addition, some projects will have senior Ericsson Management exposure. The ideal candidate will have full responsibility of project execution phases, budget management, and resource allocation (i.e., of external suppliers). The collaboration with internal Real Estate colleagues, Ericsson stakeholders and external suppliers will be the most important factor of the success of this role.
What You will do
- Provide expertise and technical support for build projects and workplace development.
- Establishing and implementing project management processes
- Defining project plans, monitoring work efforts, identifying resource needs, conducing quality reviews
- Tracking project costs, key milestones and resources
- Coordinating with external supplier partners and working closely with internal departments (People, IT, Security, Sourcing, etc.).
- Supporting site selections and inspections, ensuring technical qualification of the most appropriate options for workplace solution development.
- Delivering on quality, efficiency, and sustainability metrics
- Enhance Real Estate and Ericsson Stakeholder relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and maintain project documentation and reports.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and contractors.
- Communicate project status and updates to internal Ericsson stakeholders.
- Lead project meetings and coordinate project activities.
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
- Manage project changes and variations.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
- Resolve project related conflicts and issues.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Monitor project performance and implement improvements as needed.
- Prepare and present project reports and presentations.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
