The Career Opportunity:
Our Senior React Developer / React Lead will play a pivotal role in building and scaling high-quality web applications, ensuring robust performance and seamless user experiences. This leadership position requires deep expertise in React, guiding the development team through best practices, code reviews, and architectural decisions. The ideal candidate will manage full software development life cycles, collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior developers to foster technical excellence across projects.
The position is based in Kochi, Kerala, India with a remote work schedule.
Areas of Accountability:
The React Lead has responsibility for the following outcomes:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and mentor a team of React developers.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality.
- Assign tasks and manage project timelines.
- Facilitate team meetings and communication.
- Technical Expertise:
- Develop and maintain complex React applications
- Architect and design scalable frontend solutions.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues.
- Project Management:
- Collaborate with product managers and designers.
- Contribute to project planning and estimation.
- Ensure project deliverables are met on time.
- Code Quality and Best Practices:
- Enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Implement unit and integration tests.

- 4+ years ReactJS & modern JavaScript (ES6+) experience
- TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 proficiency
- Component architecture, hooks, performance optimization expertise
- State management (Redux, Zustand) experience
- Next.js (SSR, SSG) experience
- Tailwind CSS & CSS-in-JS familiarity
- UX/UI principles & design translation skills
- Node.js & Express.js working knowledge
- Clean, maintainable code; Git proficiency
- RESTful APIs, JSON, API integration understanding
- Cross-browser, accessibility (WCAG) awareness
- JS bundlers, frontend tooling experience
- Testing frameworks, CI/CD knowledge
- Feature ownership, problem-solving skills
- Experience working with AWS services for deployment and hosting of frontend/backend applications.
