Job Description- Inbound operation of import shipments (Air/Sea/Courier) from global and local supply parts.
- Support and steering of 3PL partner with quality check and binning process.
- Claims management with clients AG and local suppliers.
- Management report for reimbursement of claims.
- Dealer parts return handling: Quality check, reimbursement and management reporting.
- Feedback/inputs to NSC for packing quality improvement from suppliers.
- Regular stock check with 3PL partner and timely reporting to NSC.
- Support yearly statutory audit.
- Order and supply management for inter departmental orders, campaign parts and special tools.
- Outbound operations and transport management for dealers.
- Dealer parts claims management and reporting to NSC.
- Special arrangement/coordination with 3PL partner for transportation cost optimization.
- Communication to dealer network in case of changes in RDC operations.
- Support obsolete parts management support with scrapping and re-exports to Client's AG.
- Dealer lead time analysis reporting to NSC and correction measures implementation with 3PL partner.
- Adherence to LML compliance and communication to NSC in case of any deviation.
- Steering logistics KPIs and Implementation of correction measures with 3PL partners.
- B.E., or B.Tech degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical Engineering..
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of spare parts warehouse operations, including inventory management, stock control, warehousing processes, and distribution activities.
