As an Analyst within our Proposal & Information Management (PIM) Team – Asset Management, you will be responsible for setting and improving our organizational objectives, and ensuring their consistent accomplishment.
Job Responsibilities- Complete RFP/RFI, DDQ, and consultant database requests for institutional and wholesale clients/prospects with accuracy and timeliness.
- Draft client- and consultant-ready responses covering performance, characteristics, holdings data, and narrative content for equity strategies.
- Leverage firm-approved AI tools to generate first drafts while applying human-in-the-loop judgment and refinement.
- Maintain a centralized, structured content library covering strategies, performance data, compliance information, and legal disclosures.
- Coordinate with product groups, Investment Specialists, and Client Advisors to gather inputs and finalize proposal materials.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting strict deadlines across regions and stakeholder groups.
- Apply rigorous quality control to identify and correct data, logic, and formatting issues quickly.
- Validate AI-generated outputs against authoritative sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Ensure final deliverables meet client standards, confidentiality expectations, and compliance requirements.
- Communicate clearly and efficiently with cross-regional teams to drive alignment and timely delivery. Improve PIM processes by developing templates, style guidance, best practices, and automation/AI-assisted tooling.
- Hold a post-graduate degree with 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the asset management industry.
- Demonstrate ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) effectively for client-ready deliverables.
- Produce precise, high-quality written content with strong verbal communication skills.
- Apply strong awareness of business risk, confidentiality, and compliance procedures in day-to-day work.
- Sustain a strong work ethic with a positive, collaborative mindset.
- Adopt new technologies, including AI-assisted writing and content operations tools, with sound judgment.
- Demonstrate understanding of the asset management business, asset classes, and investment products.
- Bring prior experience writing or supporting RFP/RFI/DDQ/consultant database update processes (preferably in asset management).
- Improve content processes through response libraries, style guides, and workflow automation.
- Hold CFA Level 1 (advantage).
- Exhibit financial market awareness and understanding of fund/product concepts.
