About the Job
The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for driving the complete sales cycle for our Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services across the US healthcare market. This role involves identifying business opportunities, conducting discovery calls, presenting tailored RCM solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and closing deals with healthcare providers, physician groups, and medical practices.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience selling end-to-end RCM services to US-based healthcare providers and possess strong consultative selling, relationship-building, and client acquisition skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the complete sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract closure, for RCM services.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand the revenue cycle challenges of healthcare providers and position tailored RCM solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the SDR team to convert qualified opportunities into successful closures.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and virtual meetings with physicians, practice owners, healthcare administrators, and decision-makers.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline while ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and service agreements to maximize win rates.
- Coordinate with the implementation and client success teams to ensure a seamless transition after deal closure.
- Stay updated on industry trends, medical billing regulations, payer guidelines, and RCM best practices within the US healthcare ecosystem.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts in Zoho CRM or other CRM platforms.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and achieve assigned revenue targets.

- 5+ years of proven experience in Full-Cycle RCM Sales, selling Revenue Cycle Management services to US healthcare providers.
- Strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including medical billing, coding, insurance claims, denial management, AR follow-up, payment posting, and practice revenue optimization.
- Demonstrated success in managing the entire sales lifecycle—from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and deal closure.
- Proven ability to engage and influence physicians, practice owners, healthcare administrators, and C-level decision-makers.
- Self-driven with a strong hunter mindset and a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Experience working with remote global teams is preferred.
- Candidates must be flexible to be at tradeshows and events at least once a quarter
