We are looking for a Billing Lead to help us scale the claim submission vertical of Grow Therapy. You will be implementing, creating and maintaining billing processes as you work closely alongside a growing Pre-service team! You’ll be a part of a remote-friendly team reporting to the Manager of Eligibility and Billing Operations.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating, implementing & maintain claim submission requirements
- Identifying trends and issues impacting billing efficiency and performance
- Reviewing service codes and billing requirements assuming compliance to obtain clean claim submission
- Collaborating and coordinating with partnering teams to ensure proper billing requirements
- Completing other related assignments as required in a timely manner.
- Responsible for growing and developing billing specialist as the team scales over team
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 USD.
You’ll Be a Good Fit If:
- You have a least 3+ years of experience working with health insurance, understanding billing requirements (Government and Commercial) and submitting claims
- You have foundational understanding of different billing processes & terminology such as but not limited to, corrected claims, voids, resubmissions, & original claim submission.
- You are data driven and understand how to build metrics to measure and track performance and identify opportunities.
- You have strong communication skills and can quickly and succinctly present your ideas to company executives.
- You have a bias for action and care about delivering results and meeting deadlines.
- You are driven by values and want to work in an environment where growth & improvements are priority.
