You will be a part of our incredible CR BillMax team which provides managed billing services to our CentralReach customers, helping them streamline and scale their billing and collections across all the services they provide. We are looking for driven individuals with Insurance Based accounts receivable experience or Account Management experience. ABA knowledge is a plus, but our training and team mentality allows all those with experience to be considered. Key Accountabilties

  • Manage client overall RCM account health and communicate with clients on details
  • Relationship management throughout customer life cycle
  • Analyze and increase account utilization
  • Following up on Accounts Receivable aged by insurance
  • Knowledge of ERA payment posting
  • Investigate information to have the claim processed or appealed
  • Complete system audits and quality checks.
  • Conduct other billing duties, such as verification and authorizations
  • Work in a flexible and fast paced environment that is technology driven
