The Senior Demand Generation Manager will lead the strategy and execution of demand generation campaigns across marketing and sales channels, focusing on customer expansion and retention efforts, while collaborating with various teams to optimize performance and report on results.

Senior Product Manager responsible for evolving CentralReach Essentials, with emphasis on revenue cycle management and practice management. Owns product strategy and end-to-end roadmap delivery, translates clinical, operational, and billing workflows into scalable solutions, collaborates cross-functionally, tracks product success metrics, and advances AI-enabled capabilities. Requires strong knowledge of healthcare practice management, claims and payer workflows, billing, authorizations, scheduling, and reporting.

Define and advance secure, scalable AWS cloud platform capabilities; modernize legacy infrastructure; establish reliability practices, observability, SLOs, incident response, and deployment standards; improve developer experience through automation and self-service tooling; and mentor engineers while influencing architecture and platform strategy.

Supports data product managers by refining requirements, defining acceptance criteria, validating SQL-based data logic, reconciling metrics, and testing dashboards and data products. Investigates discrepancies, supports regression testing, manages stakeholder data questions, documents QA artifacts, and improves validation workflows through automation. The role bridges product execution, data quality, BI troubleshooting, and engineering collaboration.

Develop and maintain manual and automated tests for web, mobile, API, and integrated software systems. Create test cases, test plans, automation scripts, and testing strategies; investigate defects; validate releases; query databases; and integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to improve coverage, reliability, and software quality in an Agile SaaS environment.

Own production reliability across cloud environments by defining SLOs, SLIs, error budgets, observability practices, and actionable dashboards. Troubleshoot incidents, perform root cause analysis, manage capacity planning, and improve service performance and availability. Build automation to reduce toil, support release management, maintain runbooks, and collaborate with engineering teams on operational readiness. Manage tools including Datadog, Prometheus, and Grafana while advancing monitoring, logging, metrics, tracing, and reliability practices.

Lead hands-on full-stack development for Ruby on Rails, TypeScript, and React applications. Shape technical direction, design reliable APIs and data flows, optimize relational database performance, and deliver responsive front-end experiences. Lead projects end to end, mentor engineers, review and refactor code, collaborate cross-functionally, and explore AI-assisted engineering and LLM automation while protecting sensitive healthcare data.

Manage a complex customer portfolio, maintaining customer health, NPS, engagement, adoption, and growth KPIs. Build executive-level relationships, develop action plans, promote product best practices, identify risks, manage escalations, and support expansion opportunities. Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Management, Product, Professional Services, and Support. Mentor junior Customer Success Leads, serve as a subject matter expert, and contribute to team initiatives and task forces.

Support reliable deployment and daily operations across AWS accounts, Linux workloads, AWS data services, networking, and Snowflake connectivity. Investigate infrastructure incidents, deployment failures, outages, and access issues. Improve automation, configuration management, monitoring, alerting, CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code practices, deployment consistency, and operational documentation. Collaborate with application engineering, data engineering, security, and other stakeholders to maintain secure, available, and dependable environments.

Own and evolve the company-wide compliance program in partnership with Compliance, Information Security, Infrastructure, Legal, and leadership teams. Lead SOC 2, HIPAA, privacy, and security audits; translate frameworks into action plans; develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting cadences; support monitoring and incident response; automate compliance processes; evaluate GRC tools; manage policies, vendor oversight, internal audits, and multiple concurrent compliance initiatives.

Partner with a Strategic Account Executive to prospect and build pipeline within 50–75 large ABA/IDD target accounts through outbound outreach, account mapping, stakeholder engagement, qualified meeting booking, Salesforce pipeline management, event representation, and sharing market intelligence to support enterprise deal pursuits.
