Full-Time | In-Office | Based in Ewing, NJ

New Jersey 101.5 (WKXW-FM), the state’s legendary talk radio station, is looking for a dynamic, opinionated, and entertaining Co-Host to join The Judi Franco Show, airing 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday–Friday.

This is a rare opportunity to be part of one of New Jersey’s most well-known and long-running talk shows. You’ll work side-by-side with Judi to bring sharp conversation, relatable storytelling, and strong listener engagement to a live daily show that blends news, lifestyle, and personality-driven content.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as on-air co-host with Judi Franco, contributing daily to a live 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. show
• Bring thoughtful opinions, humor, curiosity, and energy to a fast-paced talk format
• Participate in shaping show topics, tone, and pacing in collaboration with the team
• Create original content for NJ1015.com that extends your voice and point of view beyond the airwaves
• Be available for pre-show preparation and occasional off-air appearances and events
• Maintain flexibility — this is a full-time role, and hours outside the show may be required

What You Bring:

• Strong point of view and the ability to express it clearly and engagingly on air
• Deep familiarity with New Jersey news, culture, and current events
• Quick thinking and comfort with unscripted, live talk radio
• Strong writing skills for digital content creation
• Ability to collaborate closely with hosts, producers, and management
• Experience with live broadcast systems (e.g., Zetta) is a plus, but not required

Pay Range: $60,000 - $100,000 based on experience
