The Mission
As an R&D IT Systems Engineer, you will be the strategic bridge between Global IT standards and local Engineering innovation. Your goal is to ensure a high-performance, secure, and seamless IT ecosystem for our R&D teams, balancing corporate compliance with the high-speed needs of a modern Technical Center.
Your key responsibilities:
- Business Partnering: Translate complex engineering needs into technical IT solutions and manage stakeholders across local and global teams
- Systems Integration: Provide high-level support for R&D-specific infrastructure (OS, Networks) and lead the deployment of specialized hardware/software
- Innovation & Piloting: Drive the implementation of new business features and cutting-edge tools not yet covered by global standards.
- Compliance & Assets: Manage R&D Software Assets (licenses) and ensure alignment with Cybersecurity and Data Confidentiality standards
- Operational Excellence: Own the incident lifecycle (identification to restoration) and contribute to global IS&T projects
