Develop and deliver embedded automotive software using C and AUTOSAR Classic for vehicle controllers. Join Valeo’s Site R&D organization as a full-time trainee or apprentice supporting innovative automotive mobility solutions. The role offers exposure to a global engineering environment focused on intuitive driving, reduced CO2 emissions, sustainability, and international collaboration.

Leads industrialization of new production processes and equipment, improves manufacturing efficiency, supports equipment and line design, and conducts validation, trials, capability studies, PFMEA, and control-plan activities. During mass production, monitors performance and quality metrics, reduces cycle times and costs, supports technicians, coordinates suppliers, maintains process standards, and ensures safety, environmental, and 5S compliance.

Designs and executes engineering solutions for vehicle systems projects, applying established standards and methodologies. Supports problem solving, technical documentation, digitalization, continuous improvement, innovation, and intellectual property identification. Collaborates with engineering teams and provides technical guidance to junior engineers while managing resources and project budget awareness. Experience with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems is preferred.

Supports logistics data analysis, inventory and transportation performance reporting, process improvement, material-flow optimization, and logistics project execution. Collaborates with customer care, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve logistics challenges, applies lean manufacturing and supply chain practices, and maintains operational documentation.

Manage automotive project launches from manufacturing development through production ramp-up. Responsibilities include ensuring quality, cost, capacity, logistics, PPAP, process validation, customer acceptance, budgets, resources, milestone achievement, and team development. The role coordinates development-center teams, local operations, customer communication, project reviews, process improvements, and compliance with Valeo standards, safety requirements, and project methodologies.

Leads site supply chain and logistics operations, including team management, production and material planning, procurement, customer and supplier delivery performance, inventory accuracy, physical flows, and logistics systems. Drives continuous improvement, budgets, reporting, new project launches, and compliance with safety, quality, and organizational standards.

Coordinate customer communication and cross-functional plant activities across production, warehousing, purchasing, and quality. Plan and monitor production, manage packaging accounts, process shipment-related data, track deliveries and customer satisfaction, and support implementation of new logistics methods. The role requires prior production planning or logistics experience, strong Czech and English communication skills, and data analysis ability.

Supervise logistics operations, including onboarding, workforce flexibility, operator certification, absenteeism, safety compliance, traffic rules, and performance communications. Coordinate with support departments to resolve logistics and production line-feeding issues, including external warehouses. Escalate significant operational problems to the Site Supply Chain Manager and conduct safety briefings and audits.

Performs finite element analysis simulations, resolves convergence issues, interprets results, validates mechanical designs, and compares simulations with physical test data. Supports methodology development, simulation benchmarking, customer status tracking, documentation, and best-practice sharing. The role requires collaboration across multiple priorities and knowledge of automotive systems, plastic materials, vibration simulations, optimization, and scripting.

Manages raw material and component inventory levels to support production and customer demand. Plans requirements using SIOP and MPS, forecasts supplier needs, monitors supplier service rates and material arrivals, and coordinates corrective actions. Supports logistics improvements including Kanban, EDI, pull flow, and milk runs. Collaborates with purchasing, logistics, production, sales, suppliers, and inventory control teams to resolve supply disruptions, maintain inventory accuracy, and ensure supplier account coverage.

Designs mechanical components and assemblies for automotive mobility applications. Responsibilities include creating 3D models and 2D production drawings, defining mechanical architectures, performing packaging, clearance, thermal, FEA, and tolerance analyses, managing PLM and BOM accuracy, approving manufacturing releases, evaluating supplier DFM changes, and leading root-cause investigations. The role also supports continuous improvement, technical documentation, tooling feasibility, design standards, and guidance for junior engineers.

Analyzes and improves internal and external material flows, transportation processes, inventory, scheduling, layouts, and logistics costs. Supports plant operations, production continuity, pull-flow systems, carrier management, supplier logistics protocols, quality and safety standards, and Valeo Production System implementation. Provides transportation data, identifies cost-reduction opportunities, troubleshoots flow disruptions, coordinates crisis responses, and maintains carrier account coverage.

Executes mechanical engineering solutions within defined projects, applies existing design standards, supports problem solving using QRQC, prepares technical documentation, adopts digital tools, contributes to continuous improvement and innovation, and coaches junior engineers.

Performs FEA simulations to validate thermal cluster products, plans engineering work, proposes design solutions, interacts with customers, and ensures adherence to engineering best practices and standards. The role requires timely, high-quality simulation results, proactive communication with technical leadership, and effective teamwork.

Build and set up CFD models using Fluent and/or FloEFD, prepare standardized simulation reports, validate designs, correlate calculations with measurements, support product validation and risk analysis, improve simulation methodologies, maintain reports in TMT, assist QRQC resolution, and participate in LED system design reviews and engineering knowledge networks.

Performs finite element model generation, static nonlinear and dynamic linear simulations using ANSYS Workbench, and basic CAD preprocessing in CATIA. Applies knowledge of mechanics, strength of materials, design, and vibrations to FEA calculations. Collaborates with global teams and customers, maintains engineering standards, and may develop AI-assisted scripts and agents.

Prepare and mesh finite element models for plastic automotive components, run and debug Abaqus simulations, interpret results, validate mechanical designs, and compare simulation results with physical tests. The role also supports simulation methodology development, tool benchmarking, customer status reporting, best-practice documentation, and management of multiple priorities.

Perform FEA simulations to validate thermal cluster products, plan engineering work, propose design solutions, interact with customers, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices and standards. Communicate simulation status and challenges proactively while delivering accurate results on time and collaborating effectively with technical leaders and team members.
