Design, implement and execute manual and automated functional and non-functional tests (including API and performance). Lead project quality for special products: define and monitor quality roadmap, manage design/change controls (FMEA, control plans, 4M), support supplier quality, run QRQC, escalate risks, and ensure customer deliverables and milestones are met.

Operate production machines and perform assembly tasks while ensuring quality, safety, and productivity. Maintain and clean equipment, supply workstations, complete production records, perform basic maintenance (level 1), isolate defective parts and report issues (QRAP), and participate in continuous improvement, 5S, meetings, and trainings. Level 2/3 may perform series changes, advanced quality checks, equipment adjustments, training and cover higher-qualified roles.

Design and build a generative-AI framework: develop core AI components, implement and optimize models and APIs, integrate systems, run unit/API/load tests, document, deploy and maintain products.

Lead the design of AI-powered digital products, focusing on UX/UI strategy, user research, collaboration with teams, and mentoring of junior designers.

Lead product industrialization for headlamp/tail lamp from award to start of production: design for manufacturability, define equipment specifications, manage equipment builder validation, install and validate equipment on-site, develop process settings and capability, train manufacturing staff, run full production to meet cycle time, headcount and downtime KPIs, and demonstrate line at rate for the customer.
