Manages OEM customer accounts throughout business acquisition and ongoing operations. Responsibilities include developing competitive pricing, preparing quotations and budgets, negotiating contracts and price changes, coordinating with project and regional sales teams, managing customer relationships, addressing quality and logistics crises, monitoring turnover and order intake, and reducing overdue payments.

Leads automotive OEM/OES projects from scope definition through development and production preparation. Manages project KPIs, budgets, resources, milestones, risks, changes, escalations, customer communications, governance reporting, and project team performance. Ensures compliance with Valeo standards, quality, profitability, safety, and environmental requirements while coordinating associated projects and functional stakeholders.

Supports software project management by tracking risks, issues, performance, KPIs, technical planning, stakeholder communication, delivery timelines, team dependencies, backlogs, resources, and project methods. The role contributes to daily coordination and iteration planning to help software engineering teams meet project targets and maintain delivery commitments.

Develop and deploy robotic manipulation applications for grasping, assembly, and precision insertion. Build visual perception, pose estimation, motion planning, and closed-loop vision/force-feedback control systems using ROS/ROS2 and MoveIt. Deploy and commission robots on production lines, troubleshoot integrations, optimize performance, document systems, and train personnel. Validate learning-based manipulation methods, including VLA, imitation learning, and reinforcement learning.

Lead Valeo’s humanoid robotics training center by identifying industrial use cases, defining technical specifications and KPIs, fine-tuning VLA systems, optimizing simulation-to-reality workflows, and training robots for supply-chain and dexterity tasks. Coordinate trainees, PhDs, suppliers, plant proof-of-concept workshops, technology evaluations, safety and cybersecurity frameworks, engineering training, and global deployment preparations. Recommend future humanoid-compatible asset designs and coordinate digitalization activities across Valeo divisions and plants.

Supports logistics operations including packaging planning, supplier coordination, SAP receipts and invoicing, packaging inventory monitoring, raw material shipments, BOM analysis, production coordination, stock inquiries in ITAC, and creation of visual packaging aids.

Operate production equipment, monitor manufacturing processes, perform quality checks, supply workstations, maintain machines, document production, isolate defects, and follow safety, environmental, quality, and productivity standards. Higher-level responsibilities include changeovers, equipment adjustments, improvement projects, training, and supporting multiple production areas.

Leads industrial engineering strategy across global production sites, including plant allocation, make-or-buy decisions, industrial investments, capacity management, process standards, equipment standardization, lean design, and industrialization validation. Coordinates cross-functional teams, manages manufacturing KPIs and budgets, supports automotive electronics production, and ensures safety, ergonomics, quality, and operational standards are deployed across the organization.
